Meily Garrido was born and raised in La Ceiba, on the north coast of Honduras. In her teen years, she had the opportunity to live abroad for a few years during which time she learned English. In 2002 while still a teenager she returned to Honduras and began working with Frontline Missions as an interpreter for short-term mission teams from the U.S. She has become a vital part of Frontline's ministry throughout Honduras. She is currently the director of Frontline Missions Honduras. Over the years she has poured her heart into sharing the Gospel with her fellow Hondurans, emulating the ministry of Christ in her ministry to those who do not yet follow Him. In addition to coordinating mission teams with Frontline Missions she has also served on the board of Directors for FHD Honduras since 2017. Meily is passionate in her service to her beautiful country.
